co2balance offers account holders the oppportunity to add offsets to their Offset Bank for payment at a later date.

The Offset Bank is similar to a bank account; however, rather than adding money to your account you are adding offsets. Further offsets can be added to your Carbon Bank 'account' until you are ready to pay for them.

This facility can be useful if your personal or corporate lifestyle generates frequent small amounts of CO₂ that you would prefer the convenience of paying for all in one go.

Companies can make use of the Carbon Bank by allowing employees to add journeys made to their account and then paying monthly or annually for the offsets.

You can access your Carbon Bank at any time by logging in and then selecting 'Carbon Bank'.
